No Auto-Billing for Overages

Here at TZO we’ve taken a different approach than most of our competitors. We stand by our commitment of “No Overage Charges”. Unlike our competitors, this means that there will be no automatic billing for traffic volumes that exceed the agreed upon limit. We understand that from time to time traffic volumes can fluctuate. We’re more interested in delivering valued service than the few extra dollars that may result from overages charges. If however there is a regular pattern of excessively exceeding the agreed upon volume limit, then we will have a discussion on modifying the payment plan.

This is what sets us apart from our competition. We’ve grown into one of the largest DNS Failover & SaaS Load Balancing service providers by being reasonable with our customers. This has brought us more business than collecting overages through hidden contractual clauses.
